We put on guided wine tastings, delivered as if you’re watching a late-night talk show with its host and house band to chime in on proceedings.
Sommelier & Saxophonist Charlie shows you what to look out for, how to spot the way a wine’s been made, and why the bottle appears on our shelves. In short, he turns you into a snob.
Between each round he jumps on sax and the band fires up, laying down an eclectic mix of jazz, blues, funk, bossa nova, and heavy metal - yes, they take genre suggestions!
Peppered throughout the two hour tasting are some whimsical diversions to break up the routine, where Charlie might read you some of his favourite wine reviews, or you’ll be quizzed on celebrity wine brands.
This a show where you can have your niggling wine queries put to rest. As long as you’re in the building, there are no stupid questions!
